Instant Pot Boiled Eggs

I was making deviled eggs once and after boiling the eggs the way I had for years, with varied success, it was time to crack them open and get to mixing them up, and wouldn’t you know it this time they had not fully cooked. I had 6 undercooked runny eggs and 2 that were actually cooked right. What happened? Varied heat distribution? I had to start all over and that meant more time ugh. The Instant Pot and the Ninja Foodi have change the game when it comes to making boiled eggs perfect every time.

Instant Pot Boiled Eggs

Boiled eggs in the Instant Pot is just another reason to have a Ninja Foodi or an Instant Pot in your kitchen. No more taking 20+ minutes to boil your eggs and wondering if they are done. Eggs are zero points and we use them in a lot of our dishes. Boiled eggs make a great snack when you are on the go. They keep well in the fridge too.

This recipe is foolproof and will get you perfect boiled eggs every time. No under or over cooked eggs anymore. This is great for meal prep for lunches, or a quick snack to grab and go. Mix them with my Spicy Chicken for a filling mid afternoon meal.
